After contacting us, we will provide you with a free return label to return your item(s). Please package and mail the item(s) using the prepaid return label we sent you. We (the merchant) will cover the shipping charges of the returned items. Your original method of payment will be fully refunded within 2 - 5 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
Canceling An Order
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of the time of order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the order once receiving it and receive a full refund.
Lost, Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can remedy the situation immediately. We are more than happy to send you a replacement in the event of a mistake. If the item is lost in transit, we will send you a new order or refund you if you request that instead.
If your order is marked delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, please contact us. We will reach out to the carrier. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, we will send you a new shipment.
